I don't know if it was just a coincidence, but with the name change there was a distinguishable downgrade to their service. Before I cancelled the service, I offered them an opportunity to comeback and do the job that was expected. We set up an appointment for the following week. I was sent a text or email stating they would be back on a specific day and given a time frame of between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm. I waited until 4:30 pm at which time I called them and canceled that appointment. The next time I called I asked them to delete my on file credit card and asked for half of the payment, since they did a half a _ _ job. I was told that wouldn't work for them. Use them at your own risk.

I got their yearly plan which includes first treatment inside, outside and in the basement. Then they come every two months to treat outside to prevent further breeding outside. If we notice any activity inside then they will also treat those areas during the bi-monthly visits. Pricing - with the coupons, the first visit was $149 and then it's $50 every two months. Our first visit took place yesterday and Braden was great, as very approachable and took the time to answer our questions. He treated our house well and told us that he oversees the OP, Lenexa and Olathe area. So far I am happy with the experience and definitely recommend them to everyone.

They got us on their schedule for an inspection the very next day and arrived right on time. Scott was very nice, upfront and overall great to work with. His inspection was thorough, and he took the time to explain the cause of our issues, his proposed solutions and answered all of our questions in detail. We decided to move forward with Bug Boys on the spot and they completed the first round of service right then and there. Our problem appeared to be solved in less than a week, but Scott came back 2 more times over the next 4 weeks, at no additional cost to us, to ensure things were going as expected. During his final visit he informed us their service came with a 30 day warranty, which we learned early on in our process of gathering quotes, is rare. As young homeowners, we often feel taken advantage of by service providers, but this was definitely not the case with Bug Boys. Our problem was solved quickly, and they genuinely cared about getting the job done right. The fact that their services were so reasonably priced was icing on the cake!
