We were in process of asking for inspections by appointment only. In the meantime a service man came to do inspection of the bait traps without an appointment and which would have obligated us to another year's contract. We were lucky to be home to stop him. He seemed nice but he came 5 minutes before a severe thunder and lightning storm when we were also under tornado watch that progressed to tornado warning. That decided us. We're not using a service company that sends workers to do outside work in a thunderstorm and tornado watch. Pest control is not an emergency service and there is no reason to put workers in potential harm's way for no good reason.

Our technician Jere is great. He is very responsive, thorough and super nice. He seems to genuinely care about the quality of the service he provides, which is rare these days. Somehow he is always on time too even though I imagine with rain delays and the unpredictability of service at other properties it must be difficult to precisely schedule. Everyone else who works at Arrow is great too from Orianna in the office to Steve who does pricing. Someone always comes out immediately if I have an issue that comes up between service apts.

We had not yet signed a contract and we did not yet know how much Mr Butler's service would cost. We assumed Mr Butler would come to the meeting himself. But at the appointment time Mr Butler sent a service man and the man didn't explain what he was there to do. The guy was hostile and rude to us and ordered us around in our own home so we told him to leave. When we told Mr Butler how his worker treated us he apologized but he insisted the man was just "all business." All business means introducing yourself, explaining what you are there to do, and then doing your work in a neutral way and treating the customers with the utmost respect, not in a belligerent way ordering the customers around. We chose another service. We do not recommend Butler's Pest Solutions.

On the day of the inspection he spent several hours performing his inspection. I never got the feeling that he was rushing the job or overlooking flaws of the property. He was diligent about combing through the finest details to make sure we were fully aware of the property's issues. After his inspection, he spent another two hours going through the entire property with us so he could personally point out his findings and answer questions. Again, Kelly never made us feel rushed through this important process. After the inspection, he provided a comprehensive report that covered every aspect of his inspection, along with many photos. His report was issued the day after the inspection so we didn't have to wait long to move forward. Ultimately we were able to take the inspection findings to the bargaining table and negotiate for concessions from the seller based on flaws identified by Kelly. The inspection paid for itself!
