Ryan was super helpful and got us scheduled for service on Thursday morning (although they had availability sooner!) Caleb arrived right on time and took care of business - communicating with us as he went through the extermination process! I appreciate the 30-day guarantee as well, just in case we have any lingering spiders or other pests. A one-time service cost us $299, which feels like a great value given the team's overall responsiveness, and speedy but intentional service. Rurley, our inspector was prompt, detailed in every aspect of my potential new home;and he provided thorough details of what could be issues, resolutions as to what further actions to take with professional pictures and graphics pointing out everything I should know about the home.
