Miss Jasmin and Adam undoubtedly put their heart and soul into MDA - they are incredibly committed and evidently relish the successes that the school has had. Several of the young dancers have gone on to achieve great things on the ballet stage.
That said, the focus seems to be a bit too much on the stars and not enough on the masses. For the majority of the girls (yes, it is mostly girls, though not exclusively) it would be better to see smaller classes, more options to enjoy dance without signing up for umpteen classes a week, and a little less adulation of the top dancers.
Facilities are excellent - professional dance floors, mirrored walls, barres, built-in sound system, a bright welcoming reception with a (somewhat expensive) shop selling dance necessities. And despite my reservations, my daughter loves her MDA hip-hop classes and hasn't got enough good things to say about Miss Nadine. read more
