I am a 100% disabled combat OEF (Afghanistan) veteran that was seeking reproductive care through this office. It has been over 10 weeks and this office can't be bothered with contacting the VA to figure out what they are doing wrong with their forms. I provided the phone number for the office to walk them through the forms over three times and they admit they can't be bothered to call the VA. I am stuck every week dealing with the VA hoping and praying this office has the right forms filled out and they keep being sent back because they're not right. The office even admitted they don't know how to send our forms even though thats their job. They have hung up on me mid call multiple times (Moscow office). If you have any dignity or self respect - I'd steer clear. If not - god speed. read more

Doctors yell at their team trying to help them. I canceled all my future appointments with them because that's not ok.

I do not recommend Julie Waite NP. I had an appointment for my annual with her this morning at 8:30. Thought it was 9:30 but not sure. I called at 8:30 when they opened, (tried earlier but office not open). I was put on hold for 3 minutes by receptionist. Who told me 8:30. Left immediately. On way receptionist called to tell me they would have to reschedule as I was over 10 minutes late. Got the office parking lot at 8:41 while still on the phone with receptionist. Still #JulieWaiteNP would not see me. Says to me she is lazy. A #lazyNP will not take the best care of you. I've been waiting over 2 months. I recommend seeing someone else there. The only reason I would recommend Pullman/Moscow OBGYN is to a mom-to-be facing a high risk pregnancy...and maybe not even then. The level of care I received from them two years ago when I was pregnant with my son was just appalling. Apparently it's not only the norm to make patients wait for 30 minutes or more past their appointment time in the waiting room, it's also standard to leave them back in the patient room for upwards of 30 minutes without a reason. Your doctor is off delivering a baby? Yeah, it happens...but is it unreasonable to expect notification more than an hour before the scheduled appointment? If I pulled that stunt, I'd still have to pay for the missed visit. When it came down to having my baby, the on-call doctor showed up long enough to catch my baby (which the doctor barely did, the doctor nearly dropped him!) and then was gone again. What? Maybe I was expecting too much. Maybe I expect too much from my doctors. Either way, this time around I am seeing care from a family practitioner and am MUCH happier. OBGYNs need to stay where they belong...in the OR. read more

I spent twenty years suffering with debilitating period pain and being told by doctors and gynecologists, "Period pain is normal. It happens to every woman. It can't possibly be that bad, you need to just toughen up and power through it like everyone else does". When I hit my early thirties, the cramping became a daily constant, whether I was on my period or not. My primary doctor eventually referred me to Dr. Trinh of Moscow-Pullman OB-Gyn. Dr. Trinh is literally the first doctor I've ever seen who didn't accuse me of exaggerating my symptoms. She got approval from my insurance to perform a diagnostic laparoscopy and was able to confirm that I had endometriosis. I am so incredibly grateful to her for listening to me no one else did. I would recommend her to any women seeking help or advice about their reproductive healthcare in a heartbeat. My only complaint is that I had to wait a little over a month before they had an opening to see me. read more

I utilized Moscow-Pullman OB-GYN to oversee my 3rd pregnancy after my 2nd had complications resulting in an emergency c-section. I also had some unique risks associated with weight loss surgery just 2 months prior to becoming pregnant. Dr. Campbell did a great job with me. I always felt like I was given the time I needed and that he wasn't rushing through my care. He also didn't spend more time with me than I needed which was equally as appreciated. My scheduled c-section went as planned. I have no hesitation in recommended Dr. Campbell. The 4 stars is due to some office staff that was less than desirable to work with. read more

Its hard to give them only 2 stars considering their assistance in prolonging my high risk pregnancy and ultimately assisting in keeping my preemie healthy. These are knowledgeable people, don't get me wrong! Dr. Trihn has a very cold bed side manner, but she is a superb doctor, and I thank my lucky stars she was the one who caught some of the problems I had in my pregnancy. I also liked the doctor who is male, dresses very nicely and has dark hair and glasses. He was about a thousand times nicer and just as competent! So why two stars? The office is ran terribly. One time I had to wait over an hour and a half for an appointment. That's beyond unacceptable. They just rotate you among several doctors, unless you press the scheduler hard to stay with a doctor. Ultimately, I spent 6 Weeks on bed rest in the hospital in SPokane and farmed out to their high risk doctors (good move.) I was released and Pullman OBGYN were in no way wanting to handle my care, and they didn't mind voicing it. I felt so scared and alone. Now, not only do I have a doctor who actually knows my charts, but also recognizes me out in public! Great care at PFM! read more

I can't say enough good things about this office. The doctors and staff are top-notch! I saw Dr Richards before he retired, and he was absolutely amazing--kind, helpful, and experienced. I see Dr Trinh now and I love her. She's thorough, informed, listens carefully, and I feel like I'm in very safe hands. read more

I first went to Moscow-Pullman OB-Gyn two years ago seeking help with infertility issues. The doctor worked through several issues with us and eventually referred us to another specialist. Happily I did become pregnant. I remained with office through my pregnancy and had at least one appointment with all the doctors. They were all obviously very knowledgeable, and took time to answer all my questions. I loved it that they have a Sonographer on staff. Sheryl is wonderful. It is great that ultrasounds can be performed with the doctor present if needed. As another reviewer mentioned there is some waiting time involved but I did not consider it abnormal for a busy office. What I realized that it meant to me was that when emergency situations arose, which they did for me, I was able to be seen immediately. I always felt that my care was the highest priority for them and I felt well cared for. read more

My wife had a prior pregnancy with significant complications, so for our second time around we sought out providers who could handle a high-risk pregnancy. We received fantastic, personalized, and thorough care from all the providers. It's wonderful to have such expertise in a small town. They also don't hesitate to work with other specialties when needed, such as genetic counseling. read more

I wish there was a way to give 0 stars. If you can go ANYWHERE else for your pregnancy, please do! I was given incorrect information over the phone by one of the doctors in this practice about basic pregnancy knowledge. I was told that a hormone level I was requesting being checked wasn't used until 20 weeks, which is completely incorrect. Lack of this hormone in early pregnancy often results in miscarriage. If they're getting this wrong, what else are they getting wrong?! Protect yourself. Go elsewhere. read more

This is not a good place as far as treatment and help with endometriosis. I had surgery in November with one of the doctors. He did find out the cause of the problem but also caused me more pain and issues. I am having my second operation in less than 6 months with a specialist in Utah. I came back to him saying things were not resolved. After reading post op notes there were things he failed to tell me even when I had asked. I went back asking for help as they symptoms ect were persistent. He basically told me it wasnt possible, threw some pamphlets at me and rushed me out. He wanted to put me on a drug to put me into menopause when we want a baby. He said my only other option is a hysterectomy after I have kids- NOT TRUE, a hysterectomy wont cure endometriosis!!! My husband and I were not impressed and have found a new doctor. I wouldnt reccomend him if you have a problem such as endometriosis. read more

The office is terrible. 1) The Pullman receptionist had no idea what she was doing. She did not know how to schedule appointments, or what appointments to schedule. She was not respectful on the phone and seem inexperienced. Even an inexperienced person could have done better, I am not joking. I had to repeat my name over 7 times or more. She also called me back three times after our phone call because she kept forgetting to ask questions, and schedule appointments. 2) After the phone calls it took to make two appointments I still never got them! The first one is a phone conversation with a nurse, the nurse never called! I called them they never answered, I checked my recent calls to see if I missed any and I didn't. I had even set an alarm! 3) My second appointment to actually go into the facility had to be canceled! I called a few hours before because I had a bad feeling, I confirmed the appointment. Then I asked questions about what was going to happen because they had told me nothing. Once I ask her questions she talked to a nurse, not till she realized that she couldn't even have me in for the appointment that I waited over two weeks for! My boyfriend had taken time off work and already driven an hour to the appointment! She then lied and said they called me twice! Which is not true! Then she assumed that I could just reschedule an appointment just like that! Not every pregnant lady is a stay at home Mom! We have jobs and sometimes school too! At this point I had already rescheduled four times! I can't imagine if I hadn't called them! I am beyond disappointed! I am already anxious about this pregnancy because my twin and my mother both hemorrhaged during there's and almost died, plus I have hemorrhaged before and had to go to the ER for a miscarriage. I am on my second trimester and still haven't seen a doctor! Plus I have lost almost twenty pounds being pregnant, aka I just need to talk to people that have their work/job/ and business together. I have been seeking sterilization since I was 18 and doctor after doctor has been condescending, asking about my spouse's opinion, or if i had a rough childhood, or maybe I should consider therapy as if I'm broken for not wanting children (looking at you, Moscow Family Medicine). I was referred to Dr. Minudri and I feel so, so lucky for it. I was 22 at the time, married, and had no children. He was understanding and respectful of an adult's right to choose sterilization and he was informative throughout the process. The surgery itself went very well (bilateral salpingectomy and embedded IUD removal) and I was left with two tiny scars that are not at all visible. If you are discouraged by doctors telling you you need to have more children or you need to use birth control until you're thirty (in my case, birth control caused me unnecessary pain) before getting sterilized, this facility may be worth a shot. I am thankful every single day that I had the privilege of finding a doctor that listened. read more

I have been seeing the doctors at Moscow-Pullman OB-Gyn for five years. I go to them for general gynecology needs, have had surgery performed by one of their doctors, and utilized their services for pregnancy and the birth of my son. It is true that at times you have to wait longer than you might wish in the waiting room. Also, you may not be able to see your favorite doctor all the time, but everyone here is highly competent, will take their time with you (I always have a lot of questions), and the general tone of the office is kind, respectful, and caring. I'm sure there are special cases the doctors might refer out, but for someone who has had an interesting bag of issues, these doctors and support staff (love the sonographer) have been first rate. read more

I primarily met with Dr. Campbell and Dr. Minudri for my prenatal visits. I really enjoyed both of them and found that they were wiling to take the time to answer all of my questions and provided with references and referrals that were pertinent to my individual concerns. Both Dr. Campbell and Dr. Minudri and I went through my birth plan and they provided feedback and I felt took a genuine interest in what my main concerns and goals were. I did meet with Dr. Trinh a few times and felt comfortable with her, but can't speak as well to her care. When it came time for my delivery at Pullman Regional, it was an intense and time extensive experience. When we arrived at the hospital Dr. Campbell was on call and he came in to the hospital to discuss options (my contractions had been present for several days) and in my perspective he was so helpful in providing us with the information we needed to make the best decision for us. The next day, Dr. Minudri took over my care. He was AMAZING! He stopped in throughout the day to see how things were going and to revisit options, as we made decisions we really felt supported and informed. When baby decided to arrive, I could not have asked for more in a doctor. He consulted with my doula, I felt supported when making decisions and my baby arrived healthy!! I am so glad that I had both Drs, working as a team, in my corner. Both provided information and care that were unique to their experiences. read more

This place is awful! I've been to both their offices. 1st I went in for infertility issues & the Dr immediately referred me out. Didn't even try! We ended up falling pregnant a year later naturally. Now pregnant they are so unorganized, no calls before appts, no concern for patients & no communication on what's going on... They often mix up my locations telling me to be at one office when really my appt is at the other location making me have to reschedule altogether wasting mine & my Husbands time. They are not personable & I'm sure the only reason they still have a practice is because there is nowhere else to go around here! I'm officially switching to an obgyn that is in another city an hour and a half away. Yes, they are that bad that I am willing to drive that long for appts. When I lived in another state the obgyn office I had my 1st son was amazing & on top of their stuff so I know I don't have to deal with this offices bull! read more
