We had a tenant move out of our house that left a bunch of junk in the back yard. Got a couple of quotes through Yelp. Lots of delayed responses and most wanted to check the place out on their own to make sure of the scope of the work. Blad was able to quote based on videos, but did give himself an out in case my video really did not show what really needed to be done. Initial quote was close to half of what the other guys wanted. At the end, it ended up being a little more, but I never felt like he was trying to screw me over or pad the bill. Communication during the process was exceptional. He sent pictures and videos of what he had done, kept you aware of the costs, and what was left. Left it completely up to me to stop at any time. This is exactly what I would want in this line of work.

First, let me say that I'm not AI or a bot…read more Now that that is clear, I just received junk removal service from this company. I did my due diligence and chose to give them a try. Honestly, the reviews do not do them justice. Josh and Ernie came by and were the nicest people you'd ever want to meet. Josh quickly accessed our need and gave me a price that was fair. My wife and I even added a few things after the price was set. No problem! Many times, people look for the best price and don't think about the service. The service is important too. When you get great service, you don't spend as much time worrying about the price. When the price is good, too... it's a no-brainer. If you are looking to clear some space in your home and need someone to remove those things that have outlived their welcome, you would be hard pressed to find a better junk removal company. Thank you, Josh & Ernie!

I had a very good experience with Swift junk removal…read more I inquired about this service from several entities but Swift was the first that replied and was able to answer all my questions via chat and they came across quite well that way. (it was the first time using the Yelp quote chat service and it worked well with Swift.) Swift was very accommodating about working within my time frames. On the day that they were scheduled they texted a reasonable window of arrival time and met that. When they did arrive they went right to work and got things done quickly and efficiently. I would use them again.

As his full-time caregiver, it's challenging for me to schedule time away, so I wanted to make the most of it. Upon walking through the townhouse and opening all the packed closets, I realized that I was in way over my head. Hicks and Sons to the rescue. Frank quickly returned my call on Thursday morning. He scheduled a crew for the first load that afternoon, and to finish up in the morning. They emptied the place in 2 loads, in under 1 full day! I am thrilled. I cannot say enough good things about Raheem and Dre, and of course, Frank. Thank you for making a difficult process so much easier. I appreciate you! Please call these guys, they do a great job. Your website lists Fayetteville as a service area. If you require a minimum load to service said area that needs to be stipulated on the website AND when I sent my photos in. I have other projects lined up that depended on this service. Very unprofessional. As the owner you should have called yourself to cancel instead of putting it on an employee that wasn't part of the decision and make the booking for me in good faith. He was very polite and professional. You obviously put him in a bad spot. Shameful. From the Owner "I started Peachtree because too many haulers showed up late, quoted one price and charged another, and treated people's homes like a job site. We do the opposite -- we show up when we say, we quote it straight, and we treat every house like it's our own. That's the whole business." Ryan Tabb · Owner, Peachtree Junk Removal
