If it rained Wednesday morning I knew they would be behind and wouldn't expect to see them until Friday. Well not so. I would text Friday afternoon wondering if they were coming and I'd get a "we will try but we are two days behind." I get it if we did have an all day rain but just wasn't always the case. So at times my Thursday mow would not happen until Tuesday of the following week and my grass is out of hand by then. Just waiting 7 days for a mow is pushing it with how fast my grass grows but waiting 11-12 days is not acceptable. I suspect this is due to the fact these folks don't work past 5:00 and never weekends which is a luxury for a lawn service to be able to do that and good for them but that doesn't work for me when a rain shower can postpone my mow for 5 additional days.

The team spent two days on our yard, and communicated with us throughout to make sure we were all on the same page. When Gary came out to come up with an estimate, he did a thorough walk-through of our property and made recommendations based on what our trees needed. Another company we reached out to sent out a sales person that just asked us which shape we wanted them to cut our trees into, which didn't instill a ton of confidence. I think the price was reasonable for the amount of work that the team put into getting our massive trees trimmed and our yard cleared. They accept cards, and also offered a cash discount. Certainly check out Rexroad Tree Service if you need arborist assistance.
