Let me start out by saying Thank you, Gavin, for all your dedicated help and countless emails I…read moresent you over these two years.  My husband and I started working with Gavin roughly two years ago, wow did we not really know how bad of shape our credit and financial situation was until meeting with Gavin. Gavin assisted us with developing a plan to achieve our goal of being a homeowner and also understanding how to pay off the house in a 15-20 year time frame vs. the traditional 30-year loan. I would have never considered it, but when he ran the numbers on a few houses to show us the price difference, it's completely the way we will be going. Sadly, we have relocated due to our job to a state where Gavin can not be our lender at this time, but I would never be in the position to purchase our dream home without his dedicated guidance.  Take the time to listen and take notes when talking with Gavin, you will come out ahead of the game just like we did, you have to remain focused! Gavin also set us up with a credit repair company that was amazing, they rocked it with getting mistakes corrected or even the deletions that were old that were still impacting our credit score. We are now in a position to purchase a house without having any PMI!  Gavin, Jereme and I appreciate the service you provided to us from the bottom of our heart! Keep up the good work and your passion for helping others is your true character.

Sue answered the call to help market an extremely overstuffed and undermaintained home when my elderly parent needed to go into assisted living. She took on a tight selling window and some *exceedingly* tricky family dynamics with grace, aplomb, and supreme market insight. Thanks to the Sue Pearce team, some key takeaways: - Sue did an initial walkthrough on a Sunday and showed tremendous sensitivity in front of the homeowner. - Sue promoted the home to her network and had walkthroughs happening the very next day. - Sue and Amy rolled up their sleeves, brought boxes and even called in reinforcements to get the home cleaned out in only a week -- an absolutely superhuman effort. - Before the home even officially listed on the MLS, we had multiple competing offers. - Sue made professional recommendations, we secured the highest bidder, and then proceeded smoothly through a lightning-fast close without incident. At every moment during this process, Sue comported herself with total equanimity and responsiveness as if we were her one and only client. Sue single-handedly transformed an incredibly stressful experience into a swift, successful resolution. It's impossible to recommend her highly enough.
