We had judgments and past due debt that we were trying payoff with a cash-out refinancing. All other vendors were recommending a bankruptcy to clear the debt, however we did not wish to take that approach to legitimate debt. David and Jeff saw through all of the issues and guided our new lender through them as well. We had started the refinancing process in March and in August finally received a NO answer.
