It's a small office and Dr. Wong is the only attending physician. They got a small office but the staff is friendly. Dr. Wong seemed nice. Because this our first visit, Dr. Wong asked a lot of questions. However, some of those questions sound weird and maybe a bit personal. When it comes to doing our blood work, they took two attempts to get the needle in me. I had blood work done by my last doctor and never had any issues. Unfortunately, my wife was not so lucky. They must have stuck needles in my wife's hands and arms in 6 different spots and still couldn't manage to draw any blood out. We ended up getting the blood work done at Quest near our house. We also had some other tests done but they never call us back with the results. A few days later I got mine back but they couldn't find my wife's. I think it's okay going to a small doctor's office, but the staff just seemed a little confused or unorganized.

Big mistake. My "new" doctor, Dr. Ghazi, (who had only been in this practice for 1 year), left the practice abruptly. I showed up for my scheduled appointment on a Thursday, and even though she had left on a Monday, NOBODY BOTHERED TO INFORM ME THAT SHE WAS GONE!...even though the office had both confirmed my appointment and done online checkin. Because I was already fasting, I decided to do a visit with the nurse practitioner...another big mistake. Apparently the computers were down, convenient excuse...is there not a backup?....so I had to tell them what to test, ie thyroid, cholesterol, etc. The practitioner left the room and returned several times, all still without drawing my blood. Finally, after 90 minutes, I confronted a different practitioner who came into the room, but she spoke absolutely no English, as evidenced by the fact that she kept repeating "urine" when I told her I was waiting on bloodwork. Finally, my blood was drawn almost 2 hours after my appointment time; (and I realized later that they never measured my blood pressure, even though I am on BP medication.) Of course I had to interpret the bloodwork results myself since I no longer have a doctor. To see what this office has become, as a long time patient (25 years), it completely saddens me. And all this was considered a "well" visit. I hate to think about the type of "care" you would receive if you were sick. Stay away.

She takes her time, she's knowledgeable, and really listens to the patient, all the while maintaining compassion coupled with a great sense of humor to keep your worries at ease. This time (and all of my subsequent appointments) was a world away from previous experiences elsewhere. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. When I say the Tabitha Dugal and all the other employees (her Medical Assistant Eunice is wonderful) made me feel that I was in safe hands and even made me smile when I left, then you can believe they are the best. I got moved up because of a cancellation which was great. Now I know why she only sees a few new patients per day. She spent so much time with me addressing every need and concern. Most doctors rush you in and out and Dr. Ginter was the complete opposite. The office staff was extremely friendly and the medical assistant who handled my bloodwork was also great. They do charge $15 for bloodwork drawn in the office, but it's well worth it to not have to go to the labs. I got the results quickly and had a prescription phoned in right away as promised. It was a great experience and I'm so happy I finally found a doctor I can be happy with.
