I have been a patient of Dr. Mortazavi for over 10 years, and she has always been professional, honest, and incredibly helpful. The office is clean, well-organized, and has such a friendly, welcoming environment. The entire team, including her dental assistant is kind and attentive, making every visit a pleasant experience. My five years old daughter also sees Dr. Rojin Amir in the same office, and she has been absolutely wonderful! She and her assistant are patient, gentle, and great with kids--so much so that my daughter actually looks forward to her dental checkups and her prizes. I truly appreciate the excellent care we receive here and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top-quality dental care! read more

Dr. Parisa Mortazavi and her staff are absolutely wonderful! As an individual who is afraid of dentists, they made my experience so positive! Her dental assistant is very friendly, patient, and understanding. She is very gentle during the x-rays and cleaning and makes you feel at home. Dr. Parisa is a exceptional dentist and puts you at ease through cleanings. She is kind, practical, professional, and very gentle. She is non-judgmental and doesn't pressure you into any unnecessary treatments. I came in for a general teeth cleaning after 5 years, and she made the process very positive and gave me some great tips. Throughout the cleaning, she asks you if you are comfortable and is gentle with your teeth. She scraped off a ton of my plaque and made my teeth feel extremely clean and so much better! I left feeling so much better! Their office is easy to find and is very nice. I did not have to wait long for my appointment and everything was really organized. I highly recommend Dr. Parisa and her staff for superior dental services. I'm really glad that I found her through my insurance! read more

Parisa and her team are awesome! I've never been this satisfied after a dental appointment even if it was just for basic cleaning and consultations. I've had enough bad experiences with multiple dentists by now to tell that she is good! I definitely recommend her! Btw, she plays really nice music in her office! read more

Now let me start this review by saying that I have always been afraid of the dentist, I have had some bad experiences in the past so I was hesitant to schedule my first appointment in several years. Dr. Mortazavi was recommended to me by 1-800-dentist as someone who was patient and kind to those who were afraid of the dentist. On my first visit she was so friendly and nice and asked me lots if questions before starting the exam. When I needed work and could see that i was getting anxious, she explained everything to me and made me feel so comfortable. I have been coming here for years now. What I like best about Dr. Mortazavi is that she truly cares about her patients, she is easily accessible and will always call to follow up and see how I am doing. I will admit that I have had to get quite a bit of work done and each time I feel at ease. I can honestly say that I am no longer afraid if the dentist. I recently moved across town but still come to her because for me it has been rare to find a dentist who is kind, caring, patient, and flexible and never makes me feel bad about all the work I need done. Carmen (her assistant) is also so nice and friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Mortazavi. read more

I used to take very good care of my teeth, then for some reasons beyond my control I was unable to afford required dental work. I had an emergency twice in the past several years. The 2nd time it cost me a bundle. Anyway, I started to look for a dentist after the last emergency. I found Dr. Parisa through Yelp and went there for a work up. She was kind understanding and extremely fair with her pricing. That surprised me because the other dentist I went to for my last emergency treatment took advantage of the pain I was in, and charged me for everything and then some "through the nose." Okay 'nuff said, but I still need dental coverage (coming into effect very soon). Once my coverage takes hold I'll be knocking on this dentist's door to see if she will work with me -- I'm sure she will. She is very nice, compassionate, and from my past experience, very competent, and mindful of various economic situations. I liked going to her. She is not your typical dentist by a long shot. read more

My biggest problem with going to the dentist is finding someone I can trust. If nothing hurts, how do I know I have a cavity that needs to be filled? I started going to Dr. Mortazavi about five years ago. (My wife set me up.) Before that it had been eight years since I'd seen a dentist. I expected bad news, but, instead, she reported I had "good dental hygiene." Cool! My whole family goes to her now. I like her so much I'm now getting my teeth cleaned every six months. And, still, no fake cavities. She is managing my Invisalign braces (which, yes, I am wearing as I write this, Doctor). She has a gentle touch and is quite friendly. My kids have really appreciated the special attention they have gotten. Thanks to her, they've never been afraid of going to the dentist, even though their dental hygiene leaves something to be desired. In summary, I am really glad we found Dr. Mortazavi. She has done everything from cleanings, to crowns and extractions, to Invisalign braces for members of my family. We're happy to call her our family dentist. read more

Dr. Mortazavi has been my dentist for the last 4 years, and although I've moved farther away, I still go to her office for all my dental needs. She is very kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. The pricing here is very reasonable, which is just another of the many reasons I have no problem with making a 60 mile round trip drive. I'm terrible at keeping track of when I'm due for my cleanings, but the office is very diligent about calling me with reminders for upcoming appointments. Going to the dentist can be a stressful experience sometimes, but I've always been calm and relaxed here, and I recommend Dr. Mortazavi to anyone. read more

I have been a patient of Dr Mortazavi for my teeth for about three years now. She is very friendly and at the same time very professional. In a couple of cases she really got out of her way to do what was necessary for my teeth, even though we were not sure if the insurance would cover it or not. I have recommended her to many of my friends! The office is clean and nicely decorated, the staff are friendly, and the doctor herself is knowledgeable and also projects an image of confidence, which is pretty important - I for one feel nervous if I get the impression that my doctor is not sure about what he or she is doing! Highly recommended. Thank you Dr M! read more

I used to go to the dentist who sold the practice to Dr. Mortazavi and I continued with her for about a year and a half (3 visits). The first time I went to her, she seemed more concerned with her new paint, decor, and office chairs. She talked about them constantly while doing the cleaning and the only feedback I got was "looks good." The second and third times, the hygienist and doctor talked about me as if I weren't in the room while doing the cleaning. The way the office is run is also pretty bad. They sent dental reminders about a month after the check-up was due and seemed to have real trouble calling my new number. Instead, they continuously called my parents' house even after being told that I had a new number. I was excited at first because they were able to schedule appointments at my convenience...now I realize that the reason why was because they have hardly any customers. read more

I found this dentist online, and she was close to where I lived. I've seen her about 4 times and I have to say I'm disappointed. The office seems to only have one other person running it other than the dr herself, therefore when your there the hygienist leaves often to answer phone etc and on the other end it seems like the phone rings forever! I've gotten the machine more then an actual person. Dr. Mortazavi herself and the hygienist talk and talk and talk about whatever to each other during my appointments like I'm not even there! I feel like this is not a place I would recommend to anyone very unprofessional. read more

Fantastic dentist!! Is honest and not like other dentist who sees one thing and tells you to get it done ASAP. She shows you and explains the reasoning as to why this is that etc. Highly recommend!!! read more

It is always pleasant for me to have an appointment with Dr. Parisa Mortazavi. She is not only a professional, expert doctor, which is very important for me to feel very secured and confident, but she is very positive, energetic, very nice, always happy to see her patients. If there is an issue with my dents, she immediately finds out, and removes it, due to her proficiency and accuracy. Her clinic has a positive energy as I really don't want to leave. I am happy she is there for us; God bless her read more

A++++ My wife and I have been going to Dr. Mortazavi for years now, and we couldn't be happier. She is extremely friendly, welcoming, and skilled. Her staff is fantastic too. I've had to reschedule a number of times, even last minute, and they have always been accommodating and very pleasant to deal with. I couldn't recommend this place more. Both my wife and I have fantastic smiles thanks to Dr. Mortazavi! read more

Parisa is such a great Dr. She is very accommodating, and always pleasant to be around. She makes my teeth look beautiful!

I switched to Dr. Mortazavi about a year ago and I didn't regret it one bit. She is quite knowledgeable and understanding, which makes it easier for her patient to come back again. I've been going there for dental cleaning and so far it has been really good. She gives great advice on how to take care of the teeth and gum. I definitely recommend her. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Mortazavi to have my teeth fixed for quite some time, and I think it is one of the most pleasant experiences I could have at a dentist's office. I love going to Dr. Mortazavi! She's really friendly, calm, and reassuring and plus the office looks great and is relaxing, so I guess it's a good thing she was so concerned with her new paint and decor =P I don't have trouble getting reminders on time and when I changed my number they called the right one. Besides that, both her and her assistant put me at ease...honestly, I don't think the dentist should be talking to you while your mouth is wide open and you can't talk back, it's kinda ridiculous to expect it =P read more

Dr. Parisa has been nothing but professional and courtesy in my experiences with her. She's very personable and always ready to go the extra mile to explain what's happening with my teeth. I've been super happy with her and so happy I've found a reliable dentist close to my house. read more

For years I was fearful of going to the dentist, until I had work done by Dr. Mortazavi. Wow! She is so gentle with my sensitive teeth. I have never been happy about going to the dentist, but now I really trust her gentle touch, thorough exams, gentle cleaning, and fillings. She is truly a WONDERFUL DENTIST and I could not recommend her more. If there was a "Dentist Of The Year" award, It should go to Parisa Mortazavi DDS. read more

I've been coming to this location for years and have no need to look anywhere else. Dr. Mortazavi is always warm and friendly and has done a splendid job remodeling the whole office. The location is great right off of highway 280 and close to 880 as well. The staff is always friendly and I can tell they care about me and of course my teeth. Dr. Mortazavi always gives me recommendations to help make my teeth and gums better. They are always flexible to my schedule and if you are looking for a good dentist, look no further. read more

I found Dr. Mortazavi after moving to the Bay Area this year, and she is already my favorite dentist I have ever had. She is very knowledgable, patient, and caring. My previous dentists have sometimes had multiple patients at the same time with the dentist and hygienists bouncing back and forth between patients, but with Dr. Mortazavi, she only takes one patient at a time, so both her and the hygienist are always focused on you, rather than spread thinly between multiple patients. As someone with moderate dental anxiety, this is especially great because it helps make the appointment go much faster. Dr. Mortazavi is clearly very knowledgeable and has given me good specific advice for the cavity problem I have had in the recent years, and clearly cares a lot about her patients' dental health. I now wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Mortazavi to anyone I know. read more

My family have been Dr. Mortazavi's patients for more than 4 years now. Believe it or not my 7 years old twin daughters love to go to see her!!! Her office is so warm and welcoming and she treats them very well and they get their good prizes for being good patients right after her work on their teeth. She usually goes beyond her way and follows up personally after most of the visits to make sure everything is well and taking care of. We highly recommend her to our friends and families. read more

I'm always so nervous to go to the dentist!! I hate getting fillings or shots in my mouth. This is the only dentist I will see now, she is the best!!!!!!!! Very gentle and very caring about her patients!!!! I really really appreciate the care she gives! Also her dental assistant Carmen is wonderful! Carmen takes her time and explains what's going on, and she is also very gentle! I love this office, even though I do not like going to the dentist, they make it very very pleasant!! The office is beautiful and makes you very relaxed. Thanks ladies for everything! See you guys soon!! I highly recommend this office. read more

Having met several dentists I submit that Dr. Mortazavi is the most professional I have encountered. Honest and transparent to her patients I value these traits among her best reasons for continued visits. She has a warm and endearing demeanor and makes the patient feel comfortable and relaxed. She always knows who you are and remembers you. Her staff is also highly professional, neat, organized and energetic. The office environment is very clean, modern and creates a climate of relaxation for visiting patients. Her prices are very fair when compared to other colleagues and she offers discounts if you don't have insurance or are financially struggling. The office location is very convenient and their hours are quite flexible with scheduling and/or cancellation. She comes with my highest recommendation read more

Such a professional dentist, she is amazing and knows what she is doing, she is very patient and detailed, she doesn't do anything that she is not sure of just for get your money and make you feel good temporary, she is honest and doesn't try to upsell you. This dentist is an artist! Her dentisty is a craft. I went in for a couple of basic fillings. I have teeth missimg out of my bottom jaw (the back teeth) which causes my jaw to pop. Which wasn't the reason for the appointment, but I mentioned it to her. It's is out of alignment (my jaw). Dr. Moratavi not only did the filling, but she went the extra 7 hundred miles and put what appears to be composite on portions of my teeth to correct my bite and there by temporarily relieving the discomfort of my jaw popping. This is what I call a dentist who is not only supremely efficient with her dentistry skills, but also she possesses an empathic intelligence that is rare in todays world..period. I'm grateful for the work she performed and highly recommend her to anyone seeking a truly professional dentist with a pure heart. read more

I have had crooked teeth and Dr Mortazavi suggested that I should try invisalign. I was initially hesitant about the effectiveness of the braces as there were mixed reviews on this treatment and my lower teeth were so crooked that I did not believe that they could be fixed by merely wearing removable braces. Eventually, I decided to try. I am now I'm on to my last few trays, and the results have been amazing. My teeth look great and I can now smile with confidence. Dr Montazavi was not only patient and gentle with me throughout the whole treatment, but she also has excellent skill in identifying and correcting problems like mine. read more

Dr. Mortazavi was amazing with my 7 years old son. I initially took my son to "children dentist sunnyvale, ca", and they scared my child a lot, they were not good with kids at all. My son had to do some fillings. My son was scared, and the only thing that they were saying was "hey kido other kids do this, it is not a big thing", "we have spend lot of time, we cannot spend more time on you" and at the end they tried to buckle him up when I said I don't want your service, they said, Ok we have to do full anesthesia. That was the time, I told them I don't want your service and I took my Son to Dr. Mortazavi. She talked to my son, she explained what she is going to do, allowed my son to touch some of the tool and made sure he is not scared anymore and then she filled his tooth without the usage of "Dental Mouth Gag" or buckles, just like a grown up. Convincing my son, and explaining took about an hour of Dr. Mortazavi's time, but she never said "we have spend lot of time, we cannot spend more time on you". I strongly recommend Dr. Mortazavi, she is a very good family dentist. read more

I consider myself a person with a slight phobia of dentistry. The staff here continue to make me feel comfortable in "the chair" and that's saying a lot! I've been coming here for a couple of years now, and after 4 years of no dentistry work, we had a lot of work to do on my teeth. It was done at a convenient time for me, in a duration that I was willing to sit for in "the chair" at one time, and at a price I could afford. I am no longer afraid of coming here. And have been helped to learn healthy habits foru my daughter and I to apply in our daily lives. I leave here today not needing any fillings. Thank god! read more
