The apartment offer great amenities one being basic cable in which a small fee is included in your rent and you can not opt out and have the amount deducted from the utility part (which includes water, alarm etc.) of the rent. If/when there is an increase in the Comcast agreement your rent will have a slight increase. The positive is you do receive some free equipment from Comcast and a discount on your bill. Temporary repairs haven't solved the problem, and no alternatives have been offered, such as moving to another unit. This has been especially difficult since my daughter has a disability and reliable air is essential for her comfort. My electric bill has also gone up due to the system running inefficiently. Not once did she become frustrated with me for not understanding. With the current management, I have only consistently interacted with one person (Gabby), and she has been very dismissive. My experience: The apartment was not move‑in ready. They could have easily given me a ready to move-in apartment but chose not to despite being informed of availability if the current one did not meet my liking. - Dirty and partially painted walls in some areas - Toilet flushometer not working in one bedroom - Window blinds missing the adjustment stick and a hole in the net - Kitchen garbage disposal not working - Balcony door did not lock securely - Kitchen cabinet hinges and handles are poorly installed and loose - Water fixtures like hose bibs are poorly installed in both bedroom bathroom - A big whole approx. 7 inches in diameter under the kitchen sink - No trash can provided, despite being charged valet trash fees - Dishwasher not working - Floor vibrates and shakes when the HVAC unit is turned on (both cooling and heating) (The last three issues are still unresolved as of this post. Several maintenance tickets were submitted before the dishwasher was finally addressed, yet it remains unresolved.) Despite all these issues, I had no choice but to take the apartment because I was relocating from Texas and was out of state. I gave management two months to fix everything before I returned. Those two months I continued to pay rent for an apartment with no furniture moved in. When I came back after those two months, nothing had been fixed. The back entrance gate has been broken for quite some time, forcing residents entering and exiting to go head-on with each other. The front gate has recently stopped loading on the app almost every time I use it. And don't get me started on valet trash. We're required to pay for it every month whether they do their job or not. They drag trash, leave messes on the stairs, breezeways, and sometimes even in the middle of the parking lot. They knock over trash cans, and the open-top container is just an eyesore. I don't even use the gym anymore because the trash was overflowing and several machines were broken the last time I went, so I can't speak on its current condition. And yes, before anyone asks every single issue has been emailed, texted, submitted through work orders, and discussed with the front office staff. I've never in my life experience a property manager and employees and leasing office treat me the way they have done now that I have become, an agitated resident they are even more disrespectful and noncompliant I do not understand how this apartment is able to charge almost $1300 for a one bedroom one bath with no washer and dryer hook up and consistently go up every month first time moving to Atlanta and this was the apartment that I chose as my first start I've never been anywhere as this tasteful, rude and dirty then this place and I came from Memphis. I do not recommend this place at all. I would rather have waited and stayed in Memphis then to pay for a place that is not worse. The roaches that come with. The maintenance men are absolutely creepy so even when they do come to fix minor issues, you have to be weary of being creeped out in your own home and the amenities such as the pool has been cleaning for almost 3 months and the day that they said they would open it. It is now being pushed back for another few weeks, I doubt the pool will even be ready by the time my lease is up and by the time I sink actually gets fixed. I have two more months left in these apartment and my sink has been broken past five months of it. Please do not come here.
