Dallin turned the paperwork in WRONG on the 14th, since it was wrong obviously it needed to be done correctly and they didn't even ATTEMPT to turn in the papers until A DAY AFTER THE CUTOFF Dallin tried sending it to the foreclosure office again on the 28th and the 30th. If they would have filled out the paper work CORRECTLY the first time my aunt might have been able to sell the house but because of Dallins carelessness my aunt has lost the house. Dallin also charges 5% where most all other realtors are quoting my aunt 2.5% he is more worried about the money than the people. Call around before settling for Home Quest Reality
