Smelly overflowing dumpsters. They put a smoking tent under my bedroom window. They are loud and…read moresmelly. They lied about why they can't move it down. Claiming resident parking. When only staff use those spots. The residents are loud, disrespectful at all hours. They chain-smoke when my Son is fully allergic and do not care. I cannot block the smell or noise by shutting my windows because I have built in air conditioning on both floors. So it flows right into my home. They are blocking the front of the dumpster. The workers cannot access it. They are dumping trash literally over their residents heads. Blocking the garbage man. Food and diapers and all. Are usually overflowing out both dumpsters as if that stinky view wasn't horrible enough. Now I am bombarded with smoke, noise and a spot light in my bedroom and living room window. Horrible. I filed a complaint with OSHA I am sure it is a complete violation to block the dumpster and put them beside it that close. They refuse to move their smoking tent down 20 feet. No class. No standards. A nice building where atrocious practices are encouraged. While staff sneaks around doing drugs in the parking lot. Standards Low to No. I've worked at Skylark, Mountain View and a few other facilities as a caregiver and a med aide. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to Grants Pass Holiday Retirement.

At…read moreone point, a med tech brought the patient's meds, which did not match their meds & told the patient they didn't know what they were for. On another occasion an essential, expensive piece of medical equipment was shipped via FedEx to the Bridge, but was never delivered to the patient, (almost a week). In follow up, they brought it, but didn't know how to use it. nurse" had to go get someone to tell her how despite directions being the product. This is unacceptable care. The office phone is never answered, the front desk. You cannot reach staff at this facility unless they happen to be in the room when you call the patient.

Either staff or other residents took items or both, my mother warned us that when someone gets ill and is dying their rooms were raided and items stolen. We took pictures of everything in the room. Don't recommend this place!!!! EVER!!!

My dad died soon there after. The food became terrible, they let people fall down. One woman was screaming in pain and they did nothing!

And the girls on the wing i was on always went out of there way for anything ii asked for. i don't remember all there names one was Stacy and the one i delt with the most was Michelle but, they were all very kind to me. The person that stood out the most was Tonya the day time LPN Royale Garden is lucky to have staff like her. Thank you all for your kindness Mike Rodgers
