I pass this gas station everyday on the way to work but refuse to ever give them my business after…read moretoday. I pulled in around 8AM and there was one other car that had already been attended to. I had to wait 5 minutes before someone came to help me and another 5 minutes after my tank was full. It wasn't like they were busy or anything, I don't understand why I had to waste 10 minutes on my way to work. But what really pissed me off was how RUDE the guy was. After I gave the guy my credit card, I rolled my window back up and left a little space so he could give my card back. But he wouldn't give my card back. He rolled his eyes at me and told me to roll the window down...which I would understand if there wasn't already a good 3-4 inches gap. I always turn the engine off when I get gas, so I had to start the engine to open the window. He waited until the window was ALL THE WAY DOWN before giving my card back. He acted so pretentious, like he was above it all and wouldn't be caught dead passing a credit card through a window that wasn't all the way open.

The store is very bet and orderly, the employees are friendly and more importantly, the prices are reasonable. On my last visit, I bought a cup of French Vanilla coffee ($1.79 for an extra large cup), but it wasn't exactly the best, but it did come with a free bottle of water which came in hand later. Overall, clean, fairly priced store located in Kensington. After pumping your gas or just on the hunt for some snacks, this is your place, but stay away from the French Vanilla coffee.

I asked him, before getting too close. "Mask?" He asked me (it was clear that he did not speak very good English). "Yes, can you please put your mask on?" I asked again. "You want to buy mask?" he asked me, sounding confused. "No, can you please put your mask over your mouth and nose?" I asked. Eventually, someone else in the store found a way to get him to understand. The employee put his mask on, and even said "sorry" to me. Then I walked up to the counter, made my purchase, and quickly left the store. I'll give this place two stars as opposed to one because the employee did eventually put his mask on when asked to, and even apologized afterwards. But considering he appears to normally walk a foot up to customers with the mask below his chin (the equivalent of wearing no mask at all) while indoors, I can't give this place any more than two stars.

I was helped by one of the mechanics at this gas station to fill air in my tires. After, he told me to drive it around at 35-40 mph & the dash board notification will go away. After driving it 15 min the notification didn't go away so I went back to this gas station. When I told the mechanic what was going on, the owner (his father) was very rude. He stood up from his seat, raised his voice, told me to go home & to come back tomorrow. He said he's the owner & that his son helped me enough for the day (he spent 5 minutes to fill the tires & I even tipped him). I've never been so humiliated! He treated me with such disrespect by the way he spoke to me & "shoo-ing" me away with his hand gestures. The owner's last name is Murphy. He has no respect for his customers! I will never go back to this gas station again & will spread the word to my friends and other town residents. I'd rather drive the distance than support this man's business.

I was forced to pay for a tow truck again to bring my car to a real mechanic. After the next diagnostic, I was informed that the parts I paid for weren't replaced and even they would have been replaced it shouldn't cost as much money as I paid to "Four Tech Service Station". We counted that the price was 3 times higher than it should be. I don't recommend this car service to anybody. Avoid this place.

The gas prices here are what they are everywhere, nothing really different, but it's the customer service that makes all the difference. There's a "Tiger Mart" here if you need an ATM or need to buy something quick and it's never really crowded here. Definitely my go to for gas. Ps-they close after a certain hour (I think after midnight) so just an FYI.
