When I gave him the money. He than said that "it's because Spanish people are own for not paying." And he filled up my car with $17 of gas. I told him $20 but he said "he was going to take $3" I told him "No!" But then he walked off I asked him to give me the managers phone number to report him but and in his response "he said that he was the owner of everything." I feel frustrated in the way that this gas station treated me and I hope no one else gets treated the same way. (I have the situation on video)
