Their fish counter isn't the best but i do like their Deli with polish Kabanos and chicken and lomb samosas. Thisngs are pretty easy to find and staff are very friendly and helpful and will take you to the isle you're lookig for even if it's back at the other end of the store. They have a very small electrical dept and some kitchenware. Their fresh meals counter is a nice touch and they do great fresh roast chickens. They have a massive drinks section with great offer now and again on wines, beers and spirits. An all round good storebut competition looms!

Morribobs is too chaotic & busy to safely shop. And the budget places have very little for the serious cook. So Walmart lite aka Asda is the only place to get the things you need to bake that cake or find that ingredient for a vegetarian dish. 24/7 openings means that midnight munchies, or you need to pick up something that little Johnny said he needed for school the next day, just as he went to bed. I hate Walmart, but needs must. Maybe if the competition upped their game, I might dislike Asda as I really should.

This Asda is huge. It has a pharmacy section and a cafe too…read moretowards the back of the store. The cafe is nice, its big, clean and cheap. They sell good vegetarian options too. The shop itself is kept clean and tidy. Staff are helpful and there are usually loads of good deals on food and drink. There's also a large George clothing section.
