Willy is AMAZING. I bought a new car and sadly live in a city where breaking someone's car window is a hobby. I was told by the dealer and many shops that the window was not being manufactured and could wait 6 months to a year for a new window glass. I called a few wreckers in CA looking for the part with no luck. Finally I was referred to Morrison's Auto. Willy answers quickly, provided me with excellent customer care and was willing to ship to CA. He told me there was no guarantee, however, he ensured it was packed with extreme care and it made it to CA in perfect condition. Andrew was amazing. When I initially called I just asked for a rear door for my car with the make model and year. Andrew told me to call my dealer to find the exact color. I called almost every week for 8 months and even though they didn't have the door, Andrew found the exact door and color when one came in at another salvage shop and he even recommended an auto body shop that performed the perfectly and at an incredible price. One of my rims cracked and I called all over my town for prices of a new or used rim. The cheapest I could find in town was outrageous, like $400 just for one rim. My boyfriend called around and found Morrison's Auto had some used rims starting at $130. With Christmas right around the corner it was really stressing us out. Morrison's is about an hour and a half drive one way but it saved us a couple hundred dollars. Not only did they save us money but the staff was extremely helpful and nice. They tracked down the rim right away within a couple of mins, so I didn't have to wait a day or two like the other places I had called. They didn't charge me that deposit where you get the money back when you bring back the old rim(saved me even more money AND time!!), and also I had my two younger kids with me and they gave them both a brand new hot wheels car. Granted I know the hot wheels cost like $1 but the thought and then the smiles it put on my kids face. We will continue to do any business with them that we can and I will refer them to my friends and family from now on. They also had two of the cutest and sweet dogs roaming around and my kids really enjoyed them as well. It was a very stressful situation to start and when I walked out that door I just couldn't believe how nice just the experience was and completely turned my anxiety around and at ease. The lady even carried the rim out to my car for me because it had been outside in the cold so it was freezing and I didn't have gloves. It can be difficult to get someone on the phone, verify the part, and then get back to you and shipping items is more than some places are willing to do. I called, call answered, they were able to verify they had the part. Purchase form emailed right away. Item shipped out same day, tracking number received. I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered online and had parts shipped, verified the parts and when they showed up, they were missing the parts. Having to file disputes to get part of my money back. Buyer beware - make sure you write everything down if you dare purchase from these people. Management was no help. Wow! After calling several auto salvage yards to find a door for my 98 Civic Coupe, I started to look to my surrounding area. I stumbled across Morrison's and called them along with several others. I spoke with Jason who was very responsive. They didn't have my part, but he was able to locate one and order it for me. Two days later, he called me back and said he had to reorder because the part that came in wasn't in good shape. I was nervous because I'd left a deposit with him over the phone, but he called back the next day and said he had a much better part. I went to pick the part up (1.5 hours away) and it was very much worth the trip. The door was VERY affordable, and it was in GREAT shape. The staff was incredibly helpful loading my Door and testing it. There were no gimmicks with the price at all. Seriously, they are just flat out good.
