Will definitely use Lester again, and recommend him to friends and family. Update (2 months later). Lester had cleaned my entire two story house (was pretty dirty and moldy in places), all my concrete (which i have a lot), and all my flagstone (which is also a lot) to ready it the home for selling. We placed the house on the market, and on the first day it listed, it sold to the first people who looked at it for over asking price. We closed on it today :-) -There is absolutely NO doubt in my mind that this would not have happened without us getting Lester to make it sparkle. It looked better than when we purchased the house 9 years ago. The money paid was so well worth it, we got it back 10 fold. We are in our new home now and will definitely be calling Lester shortly to do some cleaning on our new home!

Before they began, my husband requested that they ensure a small amount of paint splatter was removed from one window and that the slight algae film was cleaned off of the top windows. While the first worker indicated there was no public, the owner arrived shortly after and claimed he had not been informed of these details. He then demanded a significant extra fee despite our previously settled price. Without further explanation, the team loaded their equipment and left, leaving a film of food on our windows. I hired a professional service with the expectations that "window cleaning" would include these standard tasks. I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the unfinished state in which our home was great.
