Bank of America confirmed he received the funds, and their retrieval request was denied because he refused to authorize the return. After one short phone call where I politely explained the mistake and several follow-up text messages, he blocked all of my calls and texts, and I never heard from him again. The money was never returned, despite clear evidence it was sent in error. I worry about what that could mean for future clients or more important matters. I urge others to proceed with caution with this vendor.

They're just unprofessional and dishonest. Not to be trusted. They had clear instructions to check instructions and make sure everything went in the right place. They completely blew it. I told them it wasn't going to work and they were rude on the phone. I told them they needed to make things right and they just ignored it, so I'm going to take them to court. What a waste of time. Avoid these two - Alan "Shane" and Thao Kaylor. The helper is totally unnecessary and ends up costing you a ton and the main worker leaves cigarette butts and definitely isn't worth anywhere near $50/hour.
