Our 9 year old pit mix was boarded with Shannon for a weekend. Apparently, according to Shannon, my baby tried to crawl her way out of a crate. This happened Friday night. I wasn't notified, she didn't go to the vet. Instead, she put Bella in the bathtub, bleeding everywhere because Bella was scratched up, 3 nails were completely torn off, and she had scratches and scars by her eyes and chest. Instead, I wasn't notified until I picked her up 2 days later! The only thing she said to me was "I put her in the bathtub and then she was fine ". Holy crap! My dog is STILL not fine. She's emotionally destroyed and traumatized, she's seen the vet twice for medication and 2 antibiotics, Anxiety meds, pain meds, you name it. Shannon cared SOmuch, I guess she forgot to call me and ask how Bella was doing. I have a serious issue with this person and her business. As a pet owner, hearing my story, I would hope you would, too. Please take this to heart and truly think before you take your fur family here. If dogs could talk, I would love to know what REALLY happened, as things aren't adding up at all. Thank you for reading this really long post, but I hope you learned something.

I have been calling several Vet offices today to find someone who could have a cyst removed from my dog sooner then my vet can next Feb. Every office I called was able to let me know if they could perform surgery sooner then Feb. and gave me a date or week with the exception of this one. She said exam first. I said ok. Then I follow up with after exam when is the soonest surgery date. Again she said must do exam first. I even asked her to take my number down and ask the vet and then call me back. Again the same response only ruder. I told he I spoke with a half dozen offices this morning and everyone could tell me a date. With how unhelpful, unwilling, condescending and rude the receptionist is, it reflects poorly on the vet and makes me questions the vets decision making and competence.

Not the largest shelter so you may need to wait a while until the right pet is available, but worth the wait. Adoption fees are very reasonable, considering that spay/neuter and shots, etc. are included, not sure how they do it for the fee that they charge.

I took my cat in for a ear cleaning and was told she had a yeast and bacteria infection. I let…read morethem attend to her ears with medication. When I brought her home, she was not the same. She was off balance and her heard was tilted and she would not eat or drink. After 3 days, I took her back and they ruptured her eardrum and clean the medicine out of her ears causing the rupture. Dr Hansen told me what happened. Later that day she became worse. She could not even walk. I had to take her to another vet and I had to put her down. Hardest thing to do. Called them to let them know, spoke to Dr. Hansen who was a rude cold hearted person. I will never go back again. Please be aware of this clinic. I heard from other people told me that they had problems with there fur babies. I am simply heart broken and they do not care about animals, only money!!!!

Sarah is the groomer and she does a great Job taking care of both my pets. She comes straight to my home and I don't have go anywhere. I make an appointment and she always comes on time. My pets look and smell great afterwards. I would highly recommend her services plus she is a very nice person. If I need my dogs groomed this is the only place I will call. The convenience is great because I work remotely from home.

Throughout the whole doctor visit, Dr. Debbie and Miss Stacey were on the floor of the exam room making sure Karly was comfortable for the exam. My cat was suffering from a bad UTI and they took him in, gave him the best care- and he has been a new cat ever since.
