Bill Miller Piano Warehouse

Bill Miller Piano Warehouse

South Tulsa

Having actually been using Bill as a piano specialist for some years now. I can honestly state- I…read morestill have not discovered anybody better. Why? Because he's just the very best. Recently having acquired a relatives old and ignored grand piano, we had Bill move it all the way from out of State , set it up and tune both my pianos. Any educated person would understand- if an instrument has been sitting for a while, collecting dust-- no matter how glossy it looks outside, it's the internals that sustains the most damage- if not kept up. As expected the older grand had not been cared for. In situations like this, you're unable to change the piano too much-- or the strings will sustain irreversible damage. For example, if a person has actually not gone for years, compelling them to flex all the way down to the floor would pull their muscles. get it? Same concept. Since he is so in demand, you should call him at least a week ahead to schedule an appointment. If you're one of the many impatient, "i-want-it-now" kinds of individuals", remember a reputable professional will need more than just merely a day for an appt. Kindly make sure and give him the respect and time he needs to correctly do his task. Sadly there will certainly always be imbeciles out there that do not understand exactly what a fragile procedure the handling of a piano is. You get exactly what you are willing to pay for. Some even believe they can with a $10. toy and tune their piano better than this Grand Master, and if you're that impatient cheap dimwit don't waste Bill's time, However if you want the best Call Bill Miller and be amazed.

Do not pay these people anything other than deposits before the work is complete…read more I made the mistake of giving them the money when they arrived. Beast Mode Movers showed no remorse over the death of my friend that I was requested to remove personal belongings. Not realizing these movers were not in Ponca City because they showed up in Ponca City's mover's list as a top mover, I needed movers and was in a time crunch. When they arrived, I was requested to send the remainder of the fee of which I did. Then the job was incomplete even though I was telling them that I was willing to pay for the extra time. The 15 foot truck was barely half full after two hours and they were like "this job is already going to be over 6 hours, we need to go". (2 hours travel and receiving the truck in Ponca, 2 hours to move what was requested, and 2 hours return trip) and even though I was telling them I wasn't worried about paying them (and I was adding a tip on top of the bill) they were determined they were leaving to drop off at new address. What was done was rushed. There was a dining room table that I insisted the top had to be removed first. They were "we were going to move it as a single unit" and proceeded to do so. They carried it by the top and the bolts stripped the connecting hole and the table now wobbles until I can get it repaired. The questionnaire even asked if there was something that needed to be disassembled. It was only two bolts! I had to wait for transportation for me, but they were in such a hurry that I knew I was going to be there shortly afterwards. It was agreed that the furniture that made it to the truck could be placed in my parking space... they put it in the wrong parking space in the next building.
