I own an antique piano which needed what I thought was a small repair. I also recently moved, and it needed tuning. I'm so glad I found Sam Hull! He's definitely the best piano tuner I've ever had. But that probably is because his father was a piano tuner. And Sam doesn't teach piano, or perform on the piano. He plays, but his job is tuning. So he's by far the most experienced person to work on my piano. He probably has tuned more pianos than anyone I know of. He spent quite awhile on the repair--turns out there was more than one. He also took the time to show me exactly what he was doing. He then spent at least an hour just on the tuning. So he was working on my piano for at least an hour and a half. He is very polite and professional. A very likable person who is very busy, but gave the impression he was in no hurry as he worked on my piano. I will not use anyone else now. read more

Sam Hull has been tuning our piano for a few years now, and we are very pleased with his work. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and it's always a pleasure to have him over.
