I did the next best thing and ignored the oil change! I saw this place from the highway and decided to check it out. The staff was awesome; Took me in right away. I walked the lot while the service was performed. To my surprise, I only made it about a quarter way down the lot before the vehicle was ready to go (a typical oil change in the city takes about 45min - 1hr). The employees were solid, humble people and happy to do a job well done. They knew the oil weight, the filter was new, and my car hasn't blown up!

Stopped in to the Service Department Monday morning shortly after open. I explained to Mark that I had a FOB issue last week and now the horn honks when I "lock" the doors But the doors aren't actually locking. Mark ran several scenarios... locking it from different areas in the bay..... of course, never repeated the issue for him. Due to no fault of his own, Mark was unable to help me. I very much appreciated that he declined to charge me $150 by running a DTC(?) or DCT(?) check on it, but that wouldn't guarantee he would find an issue, since there wasn't one he was seeing. So I said I would be in town a few more days and if the issue arose again I would be back. OK so anyways I see the camera is mounted to the left of the mirror exactly the opposite of what I said I wanted many times. the problem is the lens on the camera is on the right side and having in mounted to the left of the mirror, the mirror mount obstructs 50% of view so it's worthless. So know I have a useless camera and I have to take apart everything they did to fix it but of course that means I need a new mount because those mounts do not come off in one piece, so how do I get a mount? I emailed them twice and never got a reply. I know they got the emails because I simply replied to the previous emails we had back and forth setting up the appointment. Stay away from this place, do yourself a HUGE favor go to Black river Falls or Lacrosse for buying or servicing your vehicles.
