I had never used a car detailing place before, so after doing my research--I was very satisfied with my decision to choose him! Bobby specializes in high end vehicles but he treated my car no differently. The special attention to detailing on my older car was reflected and exceeded my expectations! With other detailers, I would have had to leave my car and/or wait for hours to have my car detailed. I did not want the hassle of dropping my car off, and loved the fact that he was mobile and comes to you with everything needed to fully detail your vehicle. Bobby's response time from the moment I requested a quote, up until he was finished with the job was prompt and courteous! He took the time to answer all my questions and took great care of my vehicle giving it the much needed TLC it hasn't had in many years! He showed up on time and ready to go! He definitely takes pride in his work with extreme attention to detail. I was blown away with how amazing my car looked after. From the engine to the interior and exterior, my car smells different, looks different, and even feels different! What really blew me away was Bobby telling me he will be coming back to do another touch up on the carpets because he wasn't satisfied with how they turned out!!!! Honestly I was very satisfied because they were covered in deep coffee stains and god knows what else (remember the car is 24 years old)- but that's TOP NOTCH customer service right there and now I understand the name of his business having "OCD" in it! Lol. Bobby is a pro when it comes to his craft and I'm impressed by his knowledge and the effort he puts into making your vehicle look its best! I will definitely be using The OC Detailer again and definitely recommend his services to anyone who's looking for a trustworthy and dependable auto detail company to get their car looking new again. Worth every penny for the 3+ hours he spent on detailing my car. Thanks again Bobby.
