Although the massage was fine/average, when she finished and I looked at my phone before leaving the room, the massage was less than 40 minutes. I scheduled a 60-minute massage which should be approx. 50 minutes. I do not recommend this location. This is unacceptable. I called this location a few times the following days hoping to speak to a manager to no avail.

I've been visiting the H&WC for about 6 years and I try to go at least 2-3 times throughout the year - only because I read that it's bad to get alignments every month. It was really easy to communicate and ask for adjustments for my comfort. Honestly I feel like this service was inexpensive for the amount of time and quality of care. The facility is clean and quiet. In the treatment room, there is ambient music playing at all times. For the appointment, I wore loose-fitting clothing.
