The one thing I can always count on is how each team member is very attentive and caring to their residents. I've seen this facility grow. Easily, it became one of my favorite facilities to come to because the staff are so friendly and always have a smile on their faces. Very refreshing to see! I've sat in many care conferences with this team to deal with issues/concerns and their team work is incredible! I could not recommend this place enough to anyone who is looking for a happy home for mom or dad or anyone! They are very accommodating. Families come to visit and leave with relief knowing their loved one is taken care of. Though the name of the place has changed, their hearts won't.

Searching and not finding an adequate place (20 till then) that I knew he/we would be comfortable with, thankfully The House of Grace was the next and immediately it blew out any other facility by far. The road access to the home, cleanliness, size of the rooms hallway, bathroom setup and the warmth of the staff jumps right at you. It was a yes for us the first few minutes. After my step-dad moved in, very quickly did we know it was 100% the right atmosphere for him with the staff being as professional and caring as they are that yes, he felt safe and trusted the staff. He had less than a year of life at the facility and what stuck me is that the staff really felt the loss of my step-dad. Since my mother has been here, I have felt very connected to my mother's condition, even when I've been unable to visit. We're so glad that we chose Westmont. My parents enjoyed a clean and welcoming environment, onsite medical care and physical therapy, and programs that promoted mental stimulation and social interaction. Most importantly, Westmont's caregivers treated my parents (as well as my wife and me) like members of their own family. My Mom would regularly tell me about how nice her caregivers were to her. She gave perhaps the best endorsement of all. Whenever we would return from an outing together, as we entered the Westmont parking lot, she would smile and say, "Home sweet home!"

The landscaping, the parking lot, the lobby, the hallways, the activity rooms, the dining hall, the theater room, the library, the sundeck and garden were all impeccably organized and clean. I was blown away with how friendly the staff is and how long they have been there (some staff members have been there 15+ years!). I met a few residents as well and they are so happy living there... It really is a wonderful, warm, cozy, elegant and beautiful place for family members to get the quality care they need while building new friendships and memories! I had originally opted to have her live with me, but after a few months, it was clear that I was not prepared to give her the care or safety that she deserved, but I was also hesitant due to the cost restrictions that are implied when talking about care homes. Sungarden Terrace truly was a blessing in every sense of the word, the cost wasn't near what I thought it was going to be and my Grandmother did an incredible job adjusting. She has a made a group of friends and regularly refers to them as her and the "hens". I believe the constant and healthy social interactions have improved her dementia as she is notably sharper when I'm talking to her, I oftentimes forget that she's suffering from dementia. Staff is in incredible, firendly... and I mean there just isn't enough that can be said about this place, my grandmother is happy and healthy and that's all I could ask for.

Mom is in Memory Care and she's getting the best care! The caretakers give her a sponge bath since she can't be showered any longer. They make sure she has clean/dry undergarments at all times.
