I found this store had the reader I was looking for so I came here. A little bit of searching & the reader was found. They also offered to check the code for me in case I would need any parts etc. I also purchased wiper blades which they graciously installed for me. They were very very helpful, nice & made me feel right at home. If in the area & need parts & such stop here for sure.

I barely made it to the Walmart Autocare 20 minutes before closing and these cats found the other rear tire with a broken band bulging. They got me a new tire for half the price of the RnR buggers and did it all with professionalism! They knocked it out of the park!

Once i received it, I noticed that it did not look like the one that i had on my 2020 Charger Scatpack 392. I called and talked to Duane Garrett who proceed to tell me that the 2010 and 214 6.4 manifold changed and would fit on my car which was a lie and that i ordered the wrong part. Long story short they sent me an intake manifold from a 2009 Dodge Ram! I am currently fighting to get my money back in full and also fighting to not pay the 20% restocking fee. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

When I called to see if anything could be done about this, it took 3 days before I got ahold of anyone. On the first two days their phone went to voicemail and I left messages. On the 3rd day they finally answered and I was transferred to who I assume was the supervisor although I'm not positive. This gentleman immediately asked me "they're wrong and it took you 2 months to figure it out?". I attempted to explain the situation but this guy just kept repeating "we got a 30 day return policy" as a response to every one of my statements. As a result we're now the proud owners of a useless $175 stripe kit. Run as far as you can from these guys.

When the car was new it was not on my radar so I never had a chance to own one and I only later came to appreciate them after they were not made anymore. Andy was a great guy to work with and I left with the car even though I already had my car down there, getting two cars back to Milwaukee would be a challenge to sat the least. Andy was no pressure and said take the car for a while, see if you like it and he didn't even want any license or collateral to leave for a 1/2 hour of Hwy and city driving to put the car through its paces. We don't do that in Milwaukee Wi, his trust of us with out knowing who we were are was refreshing for a dealer. I walked in and drove out with the car on impulse, now the challenge of getting this car home would be tough because there is no direct public transportation and it stops three hours away from the car so I was on my own.
