My hairdresser was made aware that I was there, but instead of taking me at noon, my appt time, the hairdresser took two of the walk-ins ahead of me. The hairdresser had one person at the sink with product in her hair when she finally took me, then interrupted my haircut to wash out the other person's hair. Then she sat me in front of a hair dryer, turned it on without putting the hood down, and proceeded to cut the other person's hair. After 10 min, I asked if I should put the hood down, and she got irritated with me, put it down and walked away. The cut was nothing like I requested (I had a picture for reference and she looked at it several times), and she got snarky when I pointed that out. It's not the first time I've experienced disappointment at this salon, so I guess I should have expected this. The last time, the hairdresser spent the entire time trashing her employer and trying to recruit me for the salon she was setting up in her garage.

I do not cut my hair often because I never seem to manage to schedule regular appointments, but when I do remember, I always schedule with her. As I was battling a stress headache, this delay was a God send. The reception and waiting area were nice, and I was provided at water while I waited. The place is extremely clean and well kept. There are many booths here, some are on the main floor, and there are an additional 6 booths upstairs. My stylist, Ashleigh, is great! All the other stylists seem very nice as well. I can always count on a good experience here and the pricing is reasonable. I always make appointments when I come, but I believe some stylists do walk ins. If you are looking for a new salon, consider La Bella!
