Then the lady tells me she's been working all day and hasn't eaten. At that point they lost my business. Complete lack of professionalism. Clearly were more concerned with closing for the day then providing a service during business hours. And this is the second time this has happened here. Completely disgusted.

I was in and out of the chair in 20 minutes. I had no blow dry or product put in my hair (also did not ask for a wash). He paid $19, I was charged $25. Do men get charged less than women?

I showed her the confimation appointment text and she didn't care. I explained I traveled 35 minutes to get there. Her unprofessional aloof attitude was incomprehensible. She blatenly didn't care about her client. It wouldn't have been a problem if she took responsibility and apologized, but she immediately got defensive and cursed at me. While sitting in her chair in the past, I did witness this same situation two other times with two other clients. My suggestion, give your money to a hairdresser that values their clients! SMH
