Till today we have never felt the services we paid for were worth the cost. We have used 4 different companies. Today was wonderfully different. Joe McCoy really knows trees and he takes his time and skill to do the job right. The time Joe and his crew took on just 1 tree was more than other companies had taken on 4 trees. Joe is a certified arborist, loves his work, and loves the trees.

Unfortunately, several large limbs were overhanging the roof over the house as well. With plans to go solar, we thought it would be a good time to have an arborist evaluate our ash tree. One of the solar specialists we had been talking to suggested we have Joe McCoy's Tree Service come out and evaluate the tree. When Joe came out to our home he was friendly and professional. He explained in detail what he thought the tree needed and how he would address each area of concern. It was easy to see that Joe is not just motivated by the buck. He genuinely cares about trees and their owners. We agreed to have Joe and his crew reshape our tree to clear some limbs in order to improve the health of the tree. Joe arrived on the agreed date right on time with his crew of Levi and Larry. Joe did the climbing and sawing, while Levi masterfully handled the ropes lowering the cut limbs safely so as to avoid any damage to our house and the landscaping. Larry continuously dragged the downed limbs and branches to the chipper. They worked efficiently and cooperatively. They answered any and all of our questions and treated each other in a very friendly, yet respectful, manner. Our tree looks great and should be safe and healthy for many years to come. The fees were very reasonable and the service was of the highest quality. McCoy's Tree Service is the first company we will call any time we have need of any tree work. For the best in quality and professionalism, I suggest you do too!

I left to drop off my daughter at school and run some errands and by the time I got back my youngest daughter was completely asleep in the back. I got out of the car, got her out and they noticed she was sleeping so the guys called out to shut down the equipment. They let me pass on by with my sleeping baby and waited till I was inside to start up the chipper and chainsaws. Talk about amazing considerations. They talked with me about what the plan was, where things would go and what they'd be doing throughout the whole day. And also carefully cleaned up after themselves! We are sad to see the trees go, but so happy that a well thought out plan was made, and a great group of guys out here for the job. Thank you for your amazing customer service. I will recommend this company to everyone!
