We're now left with very little time to find a replacement and we'll probably lose a lot of money as a result of this surprise from them. Facts: we agreed to work together at the start of this year. They shared a portal for us to upload docs into. It took us a few weeks to get started uploading those docs but we're still within their purported time-frame in mid-February. We had some access issues that, for myself, they fixed; that was not fixed for my wife and we had to bug them several times in the last week before our scheduled tax prep meeting. They then reached out to me, saying that they can no longer work with us and that they'll delete all the files I uploaded to their vault. When I asked them why, they did not respond.

I had a 1-1 appointment with a financial advisor (Courtney John) in the late afternoon. I showed up for my appointment 5 minutes before my appointment to check in. Right after I checked in, the front desk lady informed me that my advisor had been notified and that she'd be with me shortly. It was an hour long appointment, and I was waiting for the first half an hour with no updates on how much longer I had to wait. I got frustrated and left the place. Now you'd expect that they'd at least give you a courtesy call and follow up, but I got no follow-up call, and no apology for wasting my time and for their poor management. I don't think I can trust this place or their advisors with my money or any financial advice if they can't respect my time, and worse, even acknowledge their mistake. This place is horrible. Additionally, WFA transferred funds from an account they were specifically advised (and confirmed in writing) not to. There were conversations and emails confirming the customer request. WFA failed in it's fiduciary duty to the customer.
