Brandon was very helpful in providing guidance on selling strategies and gave me a plan to prepare for this recent tax season. Over the year, we also worked on a comprehensive financial plan and even went through important aspects of a first home purchase. Brandon and Diversifi Capital are very easy to work with and provide you with customized content based on your financial planning needs. I highly recommend them!

We were so lucky to find Alfred and his team at Diversifi. After years vetting various planners and…read moreadvisors, we were constantly in sticker shock at the price of hiring someone to help manage your money. I love their subscription pricing system as it allows for a monthly payment and relationship build over time, vs a huge lump sum payment that really makes you take a pause. It's pretty brilliant. The team is highly responsive and you can see they have high integrity. I just love this. Onboarding is a challenge if you have many accounts that need to be catalogued, but I have faith they'll improve the process & tools. They offer financial education via video tutorials if that's your thing, but it's not a requirement. The actual consults are organized, efficient, and down to earth in terms of financial vocab. Overall, we're very please and looking forward to working with them for many months to come. Highly recommend!

Our conversation provided us with the information we needed, making us comfortable investing and working with Dani. Finding the right property took time, but Simply Do It was always patient and ensured we made the right decision. The buying process, about three years ago, went smoothly with a few typical hiccups. Since then, the house has had three tenants. Whenever issues arose, Simply Do It was there to help with advice and detailed support, ensuring positive outcomes. Even after three years, Dani has been available to guide us through complex tenant situations. Simply Do It promised long-term support, and they have delivered. Whenever I needed help, Dani was there. Plus, the house we purchased has appreciated nicely.

Here are some performance numbers from the last 4 years (I'm a software engineer so I'm data driven): - Avg. annual cashflow: 4.3% (after mortgage, all expenses, vacancies) - Annual principal pay down: 24k - Avg. Annual appreciation: 14.4% (57% with leverage) - Total profit so far: Just over $1M - Total investment: $436k - #Trips to view the properties: 0 Those are insane numbers and beat the stock market by about 3x. Granted that we got lucky with the timing a bit but the SDI's model really works and they make a lot of stuff easier/more efficient. Suffice to say, we couldn't be happier and will definitely keep buying more.

It's good that the SEC finally caught up with Integral Financial and took action. This company is a…read moretotal scam. They claim to offer a variety of financial products but all they want to sell you is the highly risky and in my view terrible financial product called structured notes. This product is notorious in the financial world for its high risk, high fees, and illiquidity with very low returns. It is only structured to make Integral very "rich". All structured notes that Integral sells carry an underwriter fee above 5%. To put this into perspective, the average index ETF fee is 0.23%, the average mutual fund fee is 0.73%, the actively managed hedge fund and most annuity is only 1.4%, and the full service financial adviser that manages the entire portfolio for you only charges about 2%. That's why as soon as they sell it to you, your notes' book value drop to below 95% to begin with. Integral wants to sell you this structured note not because it's a good investment, but only for the high fees they can get. Make no mistake, this is not your typical fixed income that will protect your principles and get your interest. This is the most risky investment you can get as all the underlying investments are contracts for option trading. They try to disguise these risks, but in fact their notes have a significant chance to loose minimum of 50% of value, and in real cases up to 100% of value. So many of investors bought notes from them lost big. Integral's structured notes are also completely illiquid. If their notes underlying options contract is trending against your favor, you can't cut the loss and get out. Integral fraudulently claims they can help you to sell the notes in the secondary market, but that is a complete lie: they don't have that phantom secondary market. Your only hope is that the notes' issuer can buy it back. And if they do, you will only get pennies for a dollar. Stay away from this company.
