Actually, in a way, it seemed to be rather small, or at least the front bar, and the games room, were. I didn't get to see the bistro actually. Well, I found that this was quite a lovely and friendly pub, like many you tend to find in the country. The service was pretty good even though the beer selection really wasn't all that great. Still, as a pub, it was a nice place to visit and just chill and relax. Yeah, it was pretty good.

Mains start at around $18, but the average is around the $23 mark. The food is tasty classic pub food. There's no surprises here. The beers offerings are of your Carlton/West End/Super Dry/Corona varieties. Not much for a crafty lass, but hey, on a hella hot day I can smash a chilly Super Dry with the best of them. I'm not going to forget my roots! All in all, if you feel like a pub meal, the Terminus beer garden is definitely a option. Cheers!

This is not all that surprising since the town that it used to support has pretty much disappeared. Look, don't expect all that much from this place, and they don't have beers on tap, however the service is pretty good, namely because like a lot of these country pubs the bartender will simply sit there merrily chatting away with you. Yeah, it was nice, and apparently it does go off on a Friday night.

However, it is also one of those country pubs that just happens to be located out in one of the small towns on the approach to Clare. In a way this place probably shouldn't have had a bit more charm than it did, but it really was the service that put me off. Yeah, I wasn't all that thrilled with it.
