The representative and the attorney were quick to respond in a timely, kind fashion. I don't know how the case will be resolved but I feel that I can focus on healing while they focus on the rest. If you use them and they give you Jessica Tanner do not expect calls to be returned it has been 2 months since we signed with them have got 1 call back after trying to reach out to her many many times. I ended up having to drive 30 minutes to the office because we can't get an answer, before she calls my husband and tells us it's our fault tings have not moved and in the same sentence she says she already turned in what she asked us for. So, are you waiting on us or did we give you everything? And now they dropped my case because when I went to the office I asked why I was having to drive up there to get a call from my attorney?? I retained Morgan & Morgan the beginning of September 2023 for an automobile accident I was involved in. This was by far the worst legal service I've ever recieved. Often calls and messages were not returned for weeks. I'd reach out for guidance pertaining to my case with no reply. My legal team was even changed without notification. The only way I knew was I saw the the name change on the website. After constant issues with no contact. Calling the 800 number to hear the legal team has 24-48 hrs to call you back. And still get no call. I'd stop by the local office with no resolve. Finally after having my case for almost 6 months I get a call saying they were just now gonna request medical records. As of February 6, 2024 I sent a message by way of their app I was terminating our relationship. After about 2 weeks I recieve a letter saying they were terminating me as a client. This is by far the worst I've ever been treated as a customer by anyone. As of six months in no records requested. No direction given when asked. I was treated like nothing. I've changed law firms and within the first weeks records requested some recieved. And when I reach out they either answer or respond within the day. read more

Do not get your hopes up. Never even saw the layers, just the investigator and I was impressed that they even took a look into the case since it was a normal person dying, not much money to be made and nothing about the case that would make the news except that a father of 4 died after a silly cataract surgery. Impressed that they would look into it but not surprised that it turned out to be dismissed for cause. At least you get paperwork and can do your own work from there. So if you have nothing to loose talking to them is OK, at least you can tell yourself that you did something. read more
