I reached out to Farah & Farah after being the victim of a hit and run accident. Having never really went through this process before, I was relying on their direction and assistance. It was almost like a burden to them or annoyed that I wasn't familiar with the process. While they couldn't assist me ultimately due to insurance reasons, I felt dismissed almost immediately. Now, as my health has been declining and I worry about my future, I am alone in this battle and realize its "People over profits". I understand that they need to make money and have expenses, but I would've gladly paid for just a little direction. As a dad to one, step dad to another and a small local business owner that does physical labor, my life has changed forever and I am so disheartened by the lack of compassion, empathy and care shown by them.
