I'm a big burger guy and I've hit plenty of places around the city, and these smash burgers still hit different every time. Abraham is a straight killer on the grill. The smash is perfect -- crispy edges, juicy center, and the flavor is always on point. And those sauces? Next level. That's the kind of detail that separates a good burger from a spot you keep coming back to. What I also respect is the consistency. Every time I pull up, it's the same quality, same flavor, same good vibes. Abraham runs that grill like a pro and you can tell he takes pride in what he's serving. The two guys in the truck were friendly and welcoming, asking them f I had any questions. It was hard for me to decide since there were so many great sounding options to choose from. They accommodated my chicken only request - menu shows each maduro with a different topping (chicken, pork and beef). It was topped with a cream sauce, delicious cheese and cilantro. I can't wait to try more things on the menu. There were picnic tables around the lot and a live dj. Nice open air place to eat with the family.

The Kendall burger is a bit lighter due to the cilantro aioli, but it still has a burst of flavor, so I recommend it as well. I booked them for an event, so a follow-up review is forthcoming.
