I've had private dance lessons elsewhere in the past, and I have to say Lauren is by far my favorite instructor. She took the time to show us correct hand and feet positions to prevent injuries and ensure smooth transitions between moves. She also worked with each of us individually to perfect each move before we put them all together into a fluid, sexy routine. Not to mention it was a helluva workout! The studio is beautiful inside, Lauren was incredibly sweet and fun as a teacher, and everything was very un-intimidating. I took classes with Natasha, and she's incredible. Her classes are challenging in the best way--you leave feeling stronger, more centered, and mentally clear. I especially loved her Power Yoga class; it pushed me in all the right ways. Natasha is not only a fantastic instructor but also a genuinely kind and grounded person. I'm already looking forward to seeing her again next summer! I purchased the 1-week unlimited pass for $79, which was a great value--even though I only made it to three classes because of our busy trip schedule.
