Their estimate was very reasonable compared to others in the area, and I decided to try them because of their friendly nature and willingness to follow my instructions on the trimming. Scheduling was easy - about a week out - and they were on-site for most of the work day. I especially liked how they cleaned up all the branches and debris, and hauled them all away. The trees look great and my back yard appears a lot bigger without the clutter. Language was a bit of a challenge at first - all was understood - but to make sure I sent them a text with the Spanish translation of all trimming instructions. Worked out perfectly.
