Dean, Steven and Adam worked tirelessly for 2 days and we could not be more pleased with our new floor. Attention was paid to even the smallest detail. The main reason why I went with Pella is because they completely removed the old windows (original to the house, 50 year old aluminum windows) to install the new ones. The men who worked on the house were wonderful, kind, and cleaned up well after each day. I can already tell that this winter is going to be much better and more cozy with the new windows. :) Pella also replaced the trim and it is beautiful work. I'm very pleased and impressed. They did make a mistake when ordering the kitchen window - somehow the wrong size got ordered and delivered. But mistakes happen to everybody and it was handled professionally.

We selected Pella over all of the other we had out to bid. They were not the least expensive, but they were the highest quality and the best value. Once we purchased the windows, the follow up was fantastic. The crew they had installing our window as the most professional crew I have ever had in my home. They kept the mess to a minimum and when they were done I could not tell they had been there except for the beautiful windows. What really wowed me was how much more glass space there was in the Pella windows then the Anderson window, they really brought the outside in.
