This was totally unacceptable so we called a local contractor Rick Ogden HVAC who had previously worked on a past HVAC issue in our home.. They responded immediately with a service call to diagnose problem and confirmed the heat exchanger on our 20+ year old furnace had failed. They provided a very competitive quote on a very High Efficiency furnace, picked it up that day, and more importantly, installed it the next day in the AM. We did not have to leave our home during this record cold spell and we are extremely grateful to Rick and his team for the quick response and keeping us safe and comfortable. They also provided answers to our questions and made appropriate follow up visits to make sure all was running as it should be. When they advertise 24 hr emergency service , they mean it. I called Inloes last Friday because our furnace went out. CJ with Inloes was at my house within two hours of my phone call. He was very professional and informative. He proposed three different options, we chose the one we wanted, and they scheduled us for an install on Monday. The crew showed up, once again, extremely professional, organized, and very efficient. I deal with contractors daily in the real estate industry. I see the good and the bad. I will recommend Inloes to anyone who asks me for a recommendation. If you are considering Inloes to help with any heating/cooling needs, be cautious of the negative reviews you read. You won't find a better company to help you.

We just bought the home in April of 2025 and the water softer was not running when we moved into the house. Once I turned it on, we lost all water pressure. Josh gave me an estimate to have it replaced. My wife did not feel it was needed. The 2nd issue was a faulty install of the previous owners to a hand held shower wand in the Master Bath. When turned on, it would run water into the basement. Josh had to cut a hole in the wall of the water closet to get to the issue, which was a gas pipe installed where a water pipe should have been installed, as an extension. The other issue was a slow drain in the kitchen. Josh and his brother snaked out the drain and found the previous owners had been dumping their grease down the drain. He got as much grease as he could with the snake and then dumped a bottle of Dawn Dishwashing liquid down the drain to break down the grease further down the drain system. Josh's price was extremely fair and I will use him for ALL my plumbing needs.

I promptly arranged for repairs, as I occasionally use the furnace on cooler nights, even when daytime temperatures don't require it. Unfortunately, the first appointment was canceled at the last minute, and the second appointment couldn't be completed because the new heat exchanger arrived damaged, necessitating a reorder. Additionally, I was overcharged for cleaning the blower, which wasn't performed due to the heat exchanger issue. I'm still awaiting a refund and am uncertain about when the furnace repairs will be finished. This situation could have been managed more effectively, and I hope everything gets resolved soon. I will post an update when everything is completed as requested.

Let me start by saying that I have worked with Robinson Heating and Cooling for over forty years,…read morefor needs at my office and home. They also installed HVAC when I built a house. In 1986, Stuart Robinson came out on a cold January night. He got the emergency heat running until they could replace the unit. I have never had any issues or problems in the past. Recently, Jason came out for the annual Fall service. With his camera he located a crack (not a good thing in the heat exchanger) on the video. The initial reaction was to replace the furnace. So we had another bid and he inspected and he failed to find a crack in the heat exchanger. Obviously we were confused at this point. So we hired a third service company to evaluate the unit. Again they came back with a diagnosis of "no crack". I did not know what to do. Nate Robinson (Nate is a licensed Mechanical engineer. Not many service companies have such expertise.) volunteered to come out with the service technician and replace the heat exchanger. I was shown TWO cracks. I apologized immediately for casting doubt. TWO heat and air companies missed TWO cracks. Do not doubt Robinson Heat and Air. Call them You and your family and pets lives may depend on it. The icing on the cake was I spoke with whichever supervisor was on duty WHICH NEVER RETURNED MY CALL, and he told me a completely different price (300) and then basically said screw off and hung up. The two prices aren't even the same!
