He checked the furnace, then gave us a price to replace the furnace. He said he had a big job going on, but would pull 2 people off the job and get heat going that night. ( it was 28 degrees). We got the other two offers and one was a little cheaper, but could not come out until the next week. We talked to the owner of Better ch. and Heat. He said he would match the other price. He pulled two men off another job was there in a couple hours and worked 4 hours straight to replace the furnace. We had heat that night, He had to have a special adapter made to fit the furnace to the cold air return. He made a box with a door for a filter to fit in it, then came back the next week to finish the job. Looks great, great price and he took care of out mom that night!

Long story short, Trenton Heating and Air never resolved any issues after numerous attempts. Had another HVAC person come in. A couple items which were immediate attention was no puck in tray for water over flow and had to be rewired as it was not wired correctly. I would not recommend
