People are nice at pick up counter and registers. The only thing I see that would help the crowded pick up/ order counter is that they need to have a DESIGNATED PERSON AT THE PICK UP COUNTER. There are times it's 3 deep and no one is being waited on until eventually someone comes from back area or order counter to ask if anyone is picking up. I have to ask each person if they've been waited on as I make my way to counter so I'm not rude. Still give Russo's 5 stars but that would help the flow and confusion of who is waited on and who isn't.
