I reserved a round-trip between JFK and CT, paid in advance, and gave them full flight details. Not a single update was provided. On pickup day, I called them. They batch rides, so if another pickup is two hours out, you'll wait that long. If it's sooner, great - but it's all luck. Horrible service, no professionalism whatsoever.
