I can't begin to describe how, literally, violated I felt by this company. They have a sales rep,…read moreTaylor, that came out, interrupted every single sentence I made to express what I wanted done on my yard, and lo and behold, half my yard looks like utter shirt since the spring "cleanup." He told me the day after they "finished" that he was coming to get payment but didn't bother asking if I was satisfied (I wasn't). It came to the point that I asked the owner that the sales rep not return to my property as he made me feel unsafe and harassed. I have a good 30 minute recording of him yelling at me because I said they didn't do a good job laying soil and grass seed as I asked in the quote. The posted photos are blue seed that I had to entirely reseed MYSELF about 3 weeks after none of their new seeding took because they, deceivingly, only laid straw without any seeding underneath. They've ALSO been supposedly mowing our lawn as well but only mow the front after I told them I had to replant their failures in the back and they have yet to mow the back for over a month and a half now. Because I asked them to not mowover my new growth that I laid out. On top of ALL of this. The owner promised to "make it right." Has yet to come back out to address any issue I mentioned. Has even "no-showed" on two occasions after scheduling a specific date and time with me. Have also been calling for months to cancel service with no return calls. Every single one goes to voicemail. Would be GLAD to discuss how utterly they screwed up our yard and failed as a "service" if you're interested in their failures. kshaw2310@gmail.com

Be cautious with Tom Taber's Whole Tree Care by Trapper's Tree Service. I recommended their…read moreservices to two of my neighbors, but afterwards discovered problems with their last job for me (e.g., the stump grind in 2016). Gale (I assume their sub-contractor) was to contact me BEFORE coming out to do the tree stump grind so I could give my neighbor a heads-up to remove their fence panel for complete stump access. Not only did Gale (or anyone from Trapper's for that matter contact me in advance) but the job was done when I was out of town. Since I was not home (or notified) I did not have time to request that my neighbor have his fence panel removed which he agreed to do if I gave him the heads up. The fence panel needed to be removed so that the grinder could access the complete stump via my neighbor's property. Also, this company left me with a huge pile of mulched wood to clean up which I would have been more than happy to pay to be removed. Once I removed the large pile of mulched wood from the stump area, to my disappointment I found that the stump grind had not been completed. I followed up with this company with no return phone calls or emails. I can not recommend this company.

I really can't recommend TCT Property Enterprises enough. They did a fantastic job of restoring our…read morefront yard and landscaping after it was left in shambles by another contractor. We had a contractor do work on our house to repair the outside, bottom walls of our basement and they only completed 1/2 of the job. Although they finished the actual basement and outside wall work, they left our yard a total mess and never replaced the cement porch they removed to do the lower wall work. They were also going to do grading in the front yard to address puddling and never did, and they didn't do any of the landscaping they were supposed to complete. Our yard was a disaster. TCT Property not only did a wonderful job with the grading of our front yard, they also did all of the landscaping and seeding in the front and back yard, pipe work to address the puddling, and replaced the cement porch within about 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 weeks. Their price was very reasonable, and they are professional and reliable with everything they do. I would highly recommend TCT Property Enterprises to anyone looking for a contractor. They are great and are a pleasure to work with.
