Although they have an email address and phone, they rarely responded and when they did it was usually via messages on Facebook. We were told our video would take 3 to 4 months and we got our video after nearly 6 months with zero communication about the delay. We had to contact them to find out where our video was and why it wasn't done. They are very creative and passionate about their videos but lack a good business sense and professionalism.
