George is a miracle worker! I called him to see if he could buff out the scratches from a car that had changed lanes on the freeway and side impacted the driver's side of my car. Take a look at the attached BEFORE and AFTER pictures. George did such an amazing job, you can't even tell my car had been side impacted by a large Ford Explorer who didn't see me and hit me. George is a Master of his craft! In less than two hours, not only were the scratches gone, my car shined like it was brand new! I purchased my car used and unkept almost a year ago. I initially cleaned the surfaces and seats myself with disinfectant, and I only wiped down surfaces and dusted as needed (usually lol). I have never vacuumed, only shaken out the carpets because I babysit kids frequently and travel with my dog often so it wasn't a big priority. I commute for work, which means I live in my car part-time, so you can imagine the mess. It wasn't disgustingly filthy but it was very obviously dirty. I also am not the type to put too much effort in the presentation of my car. It's so satisfying and impressive to see my car so clean and fresh-smelling. (My only critique is that he didn't clean/vacuum the trunk but I only use that for storage so I don't see it as a big deal.) He left a new air freshener in. My car's interior has never looked or smelled so nice. George responded to my inquiry promptly, answered all of my annoying questions, and was extremely accommodating. He drove to my apartment complex parking lot, brought his own equipment (even a GENERATOR!!) & went to work. It took him a little over 2 hours to finish, while I was chilling in my pj's in the comfort of my own home. I didn't have to worry about driving anywhere, I wasn't stranded at a business in town wondering how I'm going to kill time while I wait. I just unlocked the car for him & that was it. So easy. So convenient. He seemed like a man of few words, which I took as a bonus because I rather not talk anyway lol. Once the rainy season ends I will be contacting him to clean the exterior, maybe even the interior again lol & my husband will be contacting him for his car as well. He came all the way down to Pebble Beach on a Friday afternoon to interior and exterior detail a big Dodge Grand Caravan that we are about to put on sale.
