Poor customer service. I found this place through a third party as an easy solution to my…read moresituation. Before I bought the promo code, I called the place and spoke to a representative of this enterprise to see if they would redeem the code to another cell phone brand. The person took a brief pause and then clearly replies with a yes, and we got off the phone. Following two days after I purchased the promo code from the third party, I went to get my phone fixed, and the first thing that raised an alarm to me was that the guy was on the phone having a conversation when I greeted him and told him what I was there for. Then, he tried to say he'll do it for $250.00, rather than applying the promo code that was verbally agreed upon by both parties. Finally, he gets off the phone after making several attempts to politely explain the given verbal agreement, and that I forgot the person's name when I called two days ago when he asked, "Who did I speak to?" However, I showed him my call log that shows what time and how long the conversation was, which he agreed that it was most likely him that I spoke with and the conversation did happen. Thus, my burden of proving to him that the conversation did happen and I said well if your not going to accept and apply the promo code, then may I have my money back for purchasing the order under false pretenses because I made the purchase from a third party based on the fact that I called and inquired about the code, and purchased it after I was told that we will accept it to your phone, even though it was a different brand that was advertised. He completely understood and was able to clearly say no and went back to explain what the promo code was only to be applied for this certain brand only. I said I understood that, but explained about the conversation that took place, which we agreed happen and that I spoke to him most likely, what was agreed in verbal terms, in which he also agreed that happened as well, and that the services was no longer needed because I can go just buy me a new phone for that price. Then all of a sudden, he tries to play the language barrier card, and went on and on about the other brand. I responded by saying ok and have a great day, and proceeded out the door. I will never go back there for anything, and would recommend that you take your business elsewhere for better customer service because they do not hold up to their word. Other enterprises are willing to work with you and not rip you off, even though they may not remember full details of a conversation that may have happened a couple of days ago. Sometimes going for the best bargain route is not the better route to go because people are misleading and will try to steal from you in the end. Instead, you'll be wasting your time and leaving empty handed.

In short...go to another T-Mobile store. Stopping here is a waste of time and frustrating. For…read morethose of us that have been with T-Mobile a long time, you just don't have the customer service here and don't expect for them to do their job and/or the task that you get at other stores. Save yourself and go to another location. For those of you that may be new to T-Mobile...go to another store and don't let the staff at this location turn you off, give you wrong information, charge you for something your already paid for or whatever the case may be (walk away). Upon arrival a few employees were sitting out front eating with the door wide open to the store. I thought it was odd and perhaps the power was out. The power wasn't out, they were just there eating lunch with the door to the store wide open. If you see the same thing...they are open. Masks are required in the store. In any case, I don't recommend this location...please read on. A nice girl waited on me and sadly I don't know her name since she wasn't wearing a nametag...but she tried. I stopped in to get the protectors replaced on my phones since two were broken and one won't stay on. They were out of stock and the excuse I was given was because the new S21 was out. That doesn't have anything to do with anything. I told her it was ok...they could just ship them to me. She didn't know how to do it, so she inquired with her manager who was sitting out front eating. I was informed I couldn't get them replaced if they weren't in stock. Huh? This girl was trying and listening to her manager...so I asked her manager's name (Nakita {sp?}) so I could go speak with her myself. She informed me I would be charged for them because they had to input a credit card number. Huh? I said I had the insurance and she said they couldn't do it unless I was charged. I explained I've ran into my protectors not being in stock plenty and never had an issue with them being shipped to me for free. Heck, it was the T-Mobile staff that informed me I could do this from the start. She said she had never heard of that...really? I said it must be unique to this store. I personally wonder how you can be the manager and not know this? How many people have insurance like me that have had this same issue and ended up buying it? This is false information and simply not true...go to another store!!! Don't let yourself be ripped off. If I were new to T-Mobile I'd change carriers if I was being charged for something I already paid for with the insurance coverage just because something was out of stock. It's not right! In reality, I simply don't think the manager felt the need to do her job, help me and get it taken care of. So, I said we'd go to another store...and I did. I went to the store on Old St Augustine Rd, and guess what? They took care of it and ordered the ones that weren't in stock just fine and they are being shipped to me for free because of said insurance. I told them what happened at the Durbin Pavilion store and they apologized on their behalf...but it wasn't their fault. Not to mention what should have taken a few minutes turned into a few hours since I had to go to another store, the drive, etc. I had to return to Durbin Pavilion to do some other shopping. To my surprise, there are two T-Mobile stores in there...I did not know that. Why on earth are there two stores so close together? My advice, don't go to this one! End note: I contacted T-Mobile directly to inform them of the discrepancy.

Just want to say is that the service we receive from Jeremiah was excellent he went above and…read morebeyond to help us.
