When I brought this issue to their attention, there was no effort to correct it, honor the gift card, or provide a satisfactory resolution. Instead of standing behind their customers, they chose to enforce a policy that appears to conflict with state law. They were extremely rude. My dad is always big on tipping even if he didn't have the best experience that's just how he is he's a generous person. He said then, the lady held out her hand and said "ten more dollars"...
