I have been sent to cardiologist, dermatologist, neurologist and had CT scans, x-rays, breathing treatments, and more. Non of which confirmed a diagnosis, or improved my health or helped. I often think they do this to increase insurance income to their clinic. Also their equipment is not necessary state of the art, and the nurse giving an EKG seemed totally out of her comfort zone. Needless to say, the EKG was off. I would go elsewhere. On repeat the EKG was fine.

The caregivers that weren't as good don't tend to stay on very long. Waits are not usually long and they arrange testing in advance of physicals. There have been a couple of times when we had to get results online but these have been crazy times and those events were more the exception than the rule. They have worked with us through Covid and associated testing and we see no reason we won't be with them for years to come.

Unfortunate to provide such stellar healthcare medically, while having a very poor food service…read more From menu layout & static offerings, to unbelievable delivery times of 60-90 minutes & even longer, to consistently missed items included (like dressing for last night's salad!), to order takers who sound really unhappy at their work, the provision of nourishment -- an important part of helping patients start to feel better & recover -- is pitiably below any basic expectation for an otherwise remarkably fine hospital. I'd suggest the executive leadership try eating as patients must for even three or four meals & I bet improvements would come quickly. We're this a restaurant in the marketplace, it would have closed in a month. Of course one doesn't come to a hospital "for the food," but really? At least try to make it a better part of the healing process, please!

I asked him to direct me on how to place my shoulder on the table, and he proceeded to grab my arm without permission (I have a messed-up shoulder, by the way) and pulled it down very hard. I asked him why he would grab me that way. He said it's easier for him to do it himself than to explain.... excuse me! Then I see the doctor he asks me what was going on, I explained almost immediately he says to me if I have to do any paperwork about you going back to work I will be saying you can work... ummm first of all I never wanted to be out of work that is not me I'm actually on light duty. Still, my job requires full use of both my arms. How dare you assume and judge me? Needless to say, I will not return there!!!!!

We initially liked Cornerstone because they were fairly conservative in how they treated illness and would give us information about the recommended options. Over the past few years, that has gone by the wayside and everything is treated with a prescription or referral to a specialist. It's overkill, not to mention expensive and time-consuming. The overall feeling is that they are treating symptoms but not taking the time to see the big picture. And ordering unnecessary tests and visits with specialists to cover themselves. Although Dr. Culler was our primary doctor, my children saw others throughout our time here for sick visits. Every last one was amazing. They didn't brush off any of my concerns and took their time to find a solution. I couldn't be more pleased. On top of all the providers and their nurses, the reception staff is amazing as well.
